  • 2 chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini sliced into half-moons
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Prep the Ingredients: Cut your chicken and vegetables into even pieces so they cook at the same rate.
  • Season Everything: Toss the chicken and veggies in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Give it all a good mix so everything is coated evenly.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and preheat for a couple of minutes.
